Activity started on July 1, 1989, when “Laboratory for research of new scientific ideas and their implementation in practice” (Naujų mokslinių idėjų tyrimo ir diegimo praktikoje laboratorija, NMITDP) was    established. With a growing scope of NMITDP laboratory activities, it was decided to reorganize it into a joint stock company. On February 28, 1991, it commenced its activity as JSC Innovation company “MKDS”. Company is registered at Vilnius City Municipality.

Main fields of activity:

• Wholesale of plant care products and chemicals;
• Wholesale of bacteria for water and waste water cleaning;
• Cleaning of industrial waste water using microorganisms;
• deratization, disinsectization, disinfection;
• sources of alternative energy (solar energy collectors for air and water heating);
• consultations and problem solving.

The founder of JSC Innovation company “MKDS” is Dr. Kazimieras Mikulskis. He was born on June 2, 1954, Vilnius. He is a doctor of Chemical Sciences (“Operation Mechanism of Certain Brighteners by Electrolytic Deposition of Copper from Sour Solutions”, 1986, ChchTI. Tutor. J. Matulis). 1978-1986 ChchTI junior scientist colleague. 10 scientific articles, co-author of 1 contrivance. Married, 2 daughters. Loves traveling, gardening, sports, is a master of rowing.
